Studio 2030 co-founder and partner Rachelle Schoessler Lynn is an Interior Designer in her 18th year of professional practice. A nationally recognized speaker on ecologically responsible design, Rachelle has made environmental and socially-minded strategies the foundation of her award-winning work. She serves on the licensing board for the State of Minnesota and chairs the National Sustainable Design Council for ASID. Rachelle is a frequent lecturer on sustainable design, indoor air quality, workplace issues and material development. She is adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota and a board member of the College of Design's Advisory Board for Iowa State University.  Among her project credits are the Quality Bicycle Products, Norman Pointe II and the Bloomington Hilton Hotel.                              Architect David Loehr is a co-founding partner of Studio 2030 and an outspoken advocate for architecture as a catalyst for healthy and sustainable communities. In his 21 years in professional practice, David has led the design of urban mixed-use projects throughout the U.S. and internationally. He holds an architecture license in 29 states. David's projects have been acclaimed for their design statements, community contributions, innovative use of materials and collaborative processes. His award-winning projects include Camden Yards Ballpark, Science Museum of Minnesota, Target Corporation Headquarters and the Coffman Union Renovation at the University of Minnesota.
