| Studio 2030 co-founder and partner Rachelle Schoessler Lynn is an award-winning Interior Designer. A nationally recognized speaker on ecologically responsible design, Rachelle has made environmental and socially-minded strategies the foundation of her work. She serves on the board for the Minnesota Environmental Fund and as a Director on the national American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) board. Rachelle is a frequent lecturer on sustainable design, indoor air quality, healthy environments, workplace issues and material development. She has led many of Studio 2030’s design and project efforts, including Red Stag Supperclub and The Weidt Group’s offices. | Architect David Loehr is a founding partner of Studio 2030 and an outspoken advocate for architecture as a catalyst for healthy and sustainable communities. In his 23 years in professional practice, David has led the development of urban mixed-use projects and building systems throughout the U.S. and internationally. His award-winning projects include Camden Yards Ballpark, Science Museum of Minnesota, Target Corporation Headquarters and the Coffman Union Renovation at the University of Minnesota. David is currently the program co-chair for the 2010 Greening the Heartland conference and serves as a task force committee member for regional credits for LEED for Neighborhood Development. | |||||||
