Bread & Pickle Now Open
The iconic concession stand at Minneapolis’ Lake Harriet opens to the public today as the Bread & Pickle restaurant. Studio 2030 provided design services to transform the existing structure into a seasonal restaurant that will now serve breakfast, salads, sandwiches, desserts and picnic baskets. Kim Bartmann will operate the new restaurant in conjunction with the Minneapolis Park Board. The design retains the overall expression of the exterior while completely renovating all the interior spaces.
