Pat's Tap Debuts in South Minneapolis
Minneapolis’ newest gastro pub opens this week as Pat’s Tap in the completely renovated structure of the former Casey’s Bar. It features local food and craft beer for lunch and dinner as well as traditional refurbished skeeball machines. Studio 2030 provided design services to transform the existing structure into a new full service restaurant. Design highlights include new dining and kitchen space, remanufacture of vintage wall covering, 100% LED lighting and roof-top solar panels. The project is pursuing LEED certification.
